  • Replacement Battery

    Replace battery only with Ralston Instruments P/N: DGAU-0185 Lithium-Ion Battery Pack

  • Install USB Driver

    If you're having trouble getting your FieldLab connected to the PC, you may need to reinstall the Windows driver for the device. Installing drivers requires you to be a Windows administrator.

  • Put FieldLab Pressure into Update Mode

    Update Mode allows you to manually update the FieldLab Pressure firmware at any time.

  • Reset all Settings in the FieldLab Desktop Application

  • Can't connect more than one Ralston device to FieldLab Desktop

    FieldLab Desktop software is designed and tested to allow you to connect multiple Ralston devices both wirelessly and via USB; including FieldLabs, Field Gauges, and Process Meters. On rare occasions Windows will assign the same COM port to two different USB Devices, which prevents FieldLab Desktop from being able to connect to them. Learn how to resolve the issue with Windows.
